Bloodborne Pathogen Education

Workers in many different occupations are at risk of exposure to bloodborne pathogens. In 1991, OSHA issued the Bloodborne Pathogens Standard to protect workers from this risk.03-15-2013-bloodborne-pathogens1

The Cerro Gordo County Department of Public Health offers bloodborne pathogen training by a registered nurse to area businesses. The cost of the training is as follows:

  • 1-50 people: $20/person
  • 51-100 people: $15/person
  • 100+ people: $10/person
