Harm reduction is about keeping people safe, alive, and treated with dignity. The North Iowa Harm Reduction Coalition champions a realistic, compassionate approach to substance use. We meet people exactly where they are and support pathways to prevention, treatment, and recovery by letting individuals set their own health goals.
