***IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19 VACCINE

1st, 2nd, & BOOSTER/3RD DOSE ADMINISTRATION AT CG PUBLIC HEALTH***

 

 

Beginning Nov. 3rd, CG Public Health will administer COVID-19 1st, 2nd, & booster/3rd vaccine doses through a separate clinic attached to the northwest side of our building.  Parking and the entrance to the clinic will be on the west side of the building (please see map. click to enlarge.)  These clinics are by appointment only, masks are required, and you must have your original COVID-19 vaccine record card when you come to your appointment.

Beginning Nov. 3rd, 2021, clinics will be held by appointment only at this location on Mondays & Wednesdays from 9 am to 3 pm.

Beginning December 1st, 2021, clinics will be held by appointment only at this location on Mondays from 9 am to 3 pm.

Please note, those who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and are eligible for their booster/3rd dose, and those that are not yet eligible for their booster/3rd dose, can rest assured that they are still well protected from serious illness, hospitalization, or death from COVID-19 from their original two-dose or one-dose series of COVID-19 vaccine.  COVID-19 booster/3rd dose vaccines are widely available from your primary care provider, at hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, health centers, and public health departments across the state.  THERE IS NO RUSH, go to www.vaccinefinder.org and find a provider and appointment time that works for you.

Please note, at this time children aged 5-11 years of age are not eligible to receive their COVID-19 vaccine at our community COVID-19 vaccine clinic.  In the meantime, please contact your primary care provider.  We will release more information soon.
