IF YOU THINK YOU ARE SICK

  • Recently, the State of Iowa announced a new initiative called Test Iowa. Gov. Reynolds has asked all Iowans to take the short online assessment to see if you should get tested for COVID-19 or not. To our knowledge, the only testing site established through this initiative is in Des Moines. If you qualify for testing based upon the assessment, call the MercyOne Health Line at 641-428-7777 for an initial phone screening. They will provide instructions for testing if you meet the criteria per the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) guidelines. Do not show up to the mobile testing site without an appointment.
  • For more information on the Test Iowa Initiative or to take the assessment, visit testiowa.com.
